Tata Chemicals: Fitch Ratings on March 13 revised the outlook on the Company’s Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to Positive from Stable and affirmed the rating at 'BB+'

NALCO: The company's board of directors in its meeting held on March 13 approved the payment of the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs 918.32 crore for the financial year 2022-23.

GAIL India: GAIL (India) Limited has declared an interim dividend for FY23 of 40 percent on the paid-up equity share capital, which is Rs 4 per equity share. 

The total dividend amount will be Rs 2,630 crore with a record date of March 21. Based on the current shareholding of the Government of India (51.52%), a dividend of Rs 1,355 crore shall be paid to the government, while other shareholders will receive Rs 1,275 crore.
